While it’s normal to feel some level of stress when you’re running a business, left untreated, financial stress can lead to anxiety, depression, and impact on health and relationships, and the ability to function normally.
It’s Time to Talk Day (7th Feb 2019), when we are encouraged as a nation to talk about mental health, to break down stereotypes, improve relationships, aid mental health recovery and remove the stigma associated with mental health problems.
The Time to Change website offers a wealth of resources, encouraging people to spend time talking about the things that cause them anxiety.
