From a young age, I always knew I wanted to be an accountant.
Numbers made sense to me, and I loved the feeling of solving things and making everything add up. So after my A Levels I went straight into an accountancy practice and began my ACCA training. I was lucky to work in a firm that gave me experience across a wide range of areas, and that broader understanding has really shaped the way I work today. It means I can support our bookkeeping clients with the extra guidance and insight they often need.
In 2015 I took the leap and Kendall Richardson was formed – something I had dreamed of but never quite believed would happen. Building the business from the ground up has been one of my proudest achievements, and I now get to work with a great team who make every day enjoyable.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue growing Kendall Richardson, supporting our clients, and building a practice that remains friendly, down-to-earth and firmly rooted in the values it started with.

Outside of work, my two young children keep me very busy, and as a family we enjoy beach trips, bike rides and hopefully, as the children get older, introducing them to skiing.
